Quick Details:
Deep Pour is a 2-part, extremely clear, deep-cast epoxy. It is ideal for applications requiring thicker pours (up to 2 inches thick) or a glass-like finish.
This 2:1 mix ratio product was formulated to reduce exotherm (heat build-up), allowing users to pour thicker sections without the delays of layering as with standard epoxies. Deep Pour is compatible with Alumilite Dyes and Polycolor Resin Powders, Glow Powders, and Glitters. Other colorants may be compatible, testing is required.
Deep Pour is ideal for river tables, resin blanks for lathe turning, filling wide gaps in wood, or any application requiring a depth greater than 3/8 inch. ADP can also be layered for projects requiring thicknesses beyond 2 inches.
Features:
1. Low odor, Non-toxic
2. Low Viscosity
3. U.V. Resistant & Non-Yellowing
4. Self Leveling Formula
5. High Gloss Durable Finish
6. Heat and Impact Resistance
Advantages:
The Deep Pour Epoxy lends itself perfectly to river tables and projects that require a depth of pour up to 50mm in one go. Adding pigments can create stunning creative looks and elevate your project to a stunning work of art. Optically clear with good UV resistance and very low exotherm. Pour up to 50mm in depth in one pour. Use multiple pours to build up higher depth. Due to the low exotherm you are able to pour up to 50mm with confidence. This low viscosity epoxy resin mixture leaves no hole, crack or opening unattended. The slow curing epoxy emits little to no heat and hardens to a durable and solid finish.
